Building the HR Foundation at TOD
At Thought Over Design (TOD), creative vision meets purposeful design. As the studio grew, it needed more than recruitment support. It needed structured HR processes, a strong people operations function, and a partner to support its growing team.
The Problem
As TOD entered a phase of rapid growth, its existing HR processes struggled to keep pace. The team needed a partner to build its HR function from the ground up, streamline recruitment, and support leadership through organisational change.
