The Problem
When we first partnered with Our Quotient, there was no HR infrastructure in place. The founder was directly managing a growing team, which meant no formal systems for hiring, performance evaluation, attendance, or payroll. Without a layer between the founder and the team, there was decision fatigue, unclear expectations, inconsistent feedback—and overall low morale that impacted productivity and growth.
The team needed clear processes, people-first systems, and a cultural reset.

We stepped in to build HR from the ground up—laying the foundation, then scaling the culture.
Introduced a structured employee handbook with clear policies around work hours, leaves, team conduct, and processes.
Set up monthly payroll and attendance systems to ensure timely salary processing and transparent tracking—without the founder having to follow up manually.
Designed and implemented a performance evaluation framework, so team members received thoughtful, measurable feedback instead of top-down instruction.
Helped define and elevate team leads to act as a layer of leadership and support between the founder and wider team.
