At Mason Home, form and function are at the heart of every product. But behind the scenes, their growing team needed the same attention to structure and detail. There were no clear roles, no hierarchy, and no foundational HR systems in place.

The Problem

With multiple store locations and a rapidly expanding team, Mason Home had strong brand traction—but no internal HR rhythm. Teams operated without structure, designations were unclear, and basic compliance like PF hadn’t been implemented.


Without a feedback system, regular reviews, or employee engagement programs, team morale and accountability were getting harder to maintain.

  • Designed monthly upskilling recommendations (courses, expert sessions, cross-training)
