At Every Last Detail (ELD), creative vision meets operational excellence. But as the brand scaled, founder-led decisions weren’t enough—what they needed was people-first structure, sustainable systems, and a reliable HR partner to grow with them.
The Problem
In Year 1, the ELD team was growing quickly, but their backend operations hadn’t caught up. There was no formal HR system in place—no policies, no onboarding, and no structured hiring.
What they needed was someone who could build systems while understanding the emotional and creative nuances of a small, high-performance team.

Year 1: Foundations & First Hires (Project-based Consulting)
We began with the basics:
Co-created their first-ever employee handbook, capturing the culture and clarity Palak envisioned
Introduced a smooth onboarding process
Hired the first wave of key team members across Design, Social Media, Video, Copy, and HR
Provided light-touch HR oversight and manpower planning advice
This foundation laid the groundwork for a deeper, more embedded partnership.
Year 2–3: From Consultant to Core HR Partner (Full Retainer Model)
As the company matured, UAC became a full-fledged HR partner—handling strategy, systems, and team engagement from end to end.

JD alignment, shortlisting, coordination, and hiring closure
